With high focus on international markets, I am looking for new team member – a strong sales team leader to reach ambitious sales goals.

Get ready to:

  • Devise and implement sales strategies of ultra-high precision solutions and technologies in international business environment.
  • Set company sales goals, implement, and achieve it together with sales team.
  • Leading sales team such as coordination, development, and support to achieve goals.
  • Customer portfolio management: find new customers and develop relationships with existing ones.
  • Initiating, negotiating, and closing business deals by coordinating requirements and specifics of femtosecond laser technology and solutions.
  • Company representation in exhibitions, conferences, seminars etc.
  • Close collaboration with colleagues from other divisions to ensure smooth share of information and agreement implementation.

We expect you are:

  • Experience as a Head of Sales, sales team leader or relevant position in international business environment. Experience in technical solution sales is an advantage.
  • Excellence at communicating through a variety of channels that require both written and verbal skills.
  • Passion about creative problem solving for customers and internal teams.
  • The ability to multitask, be organized and detailed-oriented.
  • Proactive approach and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
  • Education in technology and/or engineering.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Monthly salary from 3000 to 3500 (bruto). The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competence.
