Technology Solutions Sales Manager

Workshop of Photonics | WOP is a growing, high-technology company that provides laser-based solutions and technologies to industry and science customers around the globe.

In this position of Technology Solutions Sales Manager, you will be tasked with building strong relationships in the B2B sector to support our sales efforts in foreign markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selling the company’s products and services to foreign markets in the B2B segment.
  • Communicating and negotiating with customers.
  • Preparing commercial and technical offers and concluding contracts.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments such as laboratory, manufacturing, and supply.
  • Searching for new customers.
  • Working with company distributors and facilitating technical sales.
  • Actively engaging in full technical solution packaging looking for suitable partners
  • Participating in exhibitions, seminars, and visiting customers.

 We are looking for someone with:

  • Technical engineering or physics background – mandatory.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Excellent English skills (both spoken and written).
  • Splendid communication skills.
  • A proactive approach, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to details, and not being afraid of challenges.
  • Experience in technical hardware sales or laser technologies (considered as an advantage).

 In return, we offer:

  • A monthly salary ranging from 2500 EUR to 3400 EUR (gross).
    The final agreed salary will depend on your experience and competencies, plus a bonus based on your success in reaching targets.
